The Oxley Nature Center Association, also known as Friends of Oxley, is a non-profit 501c(3) organization that is managed by a Board of Directors.

The purpose of this Association is to assist in providing advisory services, expertise, and financial support to foster the growth and development of the Mary K. Oxley Nature Center and Redbud Valley Preserve, as approved by the Board of Directors.
